Copperlink family of products provide 3G/HD/SD-SDI signal distribution and format conversion with an emphasis on robust SMPTE compliant performance coupled withproduct features rarely found in simple distribution and conversion products. The latest product line from Communications Specialties, Inc., Copperlink is designed and engineered by broadcast engineers specifically for the broadcast/video engineer.
The Copperlink 2381 Series allows you to de-embed up to 4 channels (2 pairs) of analog line level audio from a 3G, HD or SD-SDI video signal in accordance with SMPTE standards. Convenient switches on the Copperlink 2381 de-embedder allow the operator to choose wether to extract or mute audio on a channel by channel basis.
The Copperlink 2380 Series allows you to embed up to 4 channels (2 pairs) of analog line level audio into a 3G, HD or SD-SDI video signal in accordance with SMPTE standards. Convenient switches on the Copperlink 2380 embedder allow the operator to embed each of the two pairs of audio independently, to strip previously serialized audio, or to pass it through without modification, all on a pair by pair basis. Previously serialized data is left intact.
Copperlink 3G/HD/SD-SDI copper distribution amplifier models 2302 with two outputs and the 2304 featuring four outputs. Not just another 3G/HD/SD-SDI distribution amplifier, rather, the Copperlink 2302 and 2304 offer robust SMPTE compliant performance with features rarely found in simple distribution amplifiers.

The Fiberlink 8200 Series of optical distribution amplifiers accept a 3G/HD/SD-SDI or DVB-ASI signal via BNC or its optical input and outputs it on four independently driven optical fibers. A convenient front panel switch allows the operator to toggle between the copper and the optical input sources.
The Fiberlink 8200 Series of optical distribution amplifiers accept a 3G/HD/SD-SDI or DVB-ASI signal via BNC or its optical input and outputs it on three independently driven optical fibers. A convenient front panel switch allows the operator to toggle between the copper and the optical input sources.

The Fiberlink 8200 Series of optical distribution amplifiers accept a 3G/HD/SD-SDI or DVB-ASI signal via BNC or its optical input and outputs it on one independently driven optical fiber. A convenient front panel switch allows the operator to toggle between the copper and the optical input sources.
The Copperlink 2353 accepts a SMPTE compliant 3G/HD/SD-SDI input via coax, automatically detects and selects the output resolution with no scaling and converts it to HDMI. If audio is present in the SDI data stream, the operator can choose one of up to 4 pairs of stereo audio to embed into the HDMI baseband signal as well as output on the convenient audio RCA connections.
The Fiberlink 3353 Series receives SMPTE standard 3G, HD or SD-SDI signals transmitted from the Fiberlink 3350, Fiberlink 3360, or Fiberlink 3380 Series transmitters, with or without embedded audio, and converts the baseband output to HDMI. The Fiberlink® 3353 receiver provides an independent audio output providing you with the ability to separate your audio and video signals. The audio is also embedded into the HDMI cable.
