The Fiberlink® 3150 Series offers broadcast quality HD/SD-SDI transmission over a single fiber. The 3150 Series is SMPTE compliant ensuring consistent and reliable results, even when connecting through third-party SMPTE 297-2006 devices.

Each Fiberlink® 3150 Series Transmitter provides you with a re-clocked and equalized SDI loop-through and the 3151 Receiver provides you with two re-clocked and equalized SDI outputs. The Fiberlink® 3150 Series re-clocks both SD and HD signals to conform to SMPTE specifications.

Fiberlink® 3150 Series allows you to transmit HD or SD SDI as per SMPTE 292 and 259, with or without embedded audio and data, as well as DVB-ASI. Best of all, the 3150 Series is immune to video pathological signals over the entire link budget and operating temperature range.

Ensuring interoperability is provided by adhering to SMPTE 259M-2006, 292-2006 and 297-2006.

Box and card versions offer built-in support for both single mode and multimode. Single mode and Multimode support expands your installation possibilities and limits the technical hassles. When using Single Mode fiber, you will enjoy distance capabilities of up to 48 km and when using Multimode fiber, you will receive an impressive 7.5 km distance capability.
